FlatSaathi is an apartment management app that helps communities manage maintenance, corpus and emergency funds, expenses, complaints, announcements, residents and online payments in one place.
Who can use FlatSaathi?
FlatSaathi is designed for apartment residents, Presidents and Treasurers. Administrative features are available based on the user's role.
How does apartment payment work?
Residents tap "I Paid" in the app when they complete a payment. The President or Treasurer receives a notification, verifies the payment, and approves it — keeping the apartment's books accurate and transparent. Managers can also directly record payments they receive on behalf of residents.
What subscription plans are available?
FlatSaathi offers Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months and Yearly plans. The current prices are shown on the Pricing section of this website.
Does FlatSaathi offer a free trial?
New apartments receive an 85-day free trial followed by a 5-day grace period before restricted access begins — giving you 90 days to experience FlatSaathi at no cost.
Can subscription payments be made using referral credits?
Eligible referral credits can be applied toward FlatSaathi subscription payments, subject to the applicable referral and credit rules.
