How does apartment payment work?
When online payments are enabled by the apartment's President or Treasurer, residents can securely pay eligible apartment bills through the app.
What subscription plans are available?
FlatSaathi offers Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months and Yearly plans. The current prices are shown on the Pricing section of this website.
Does FlatSaathi offer a free trial?
New apartments receive a 45-day free trial followed by a 7-day grace period before restricted access begins.
Can subscription payments be made using referral credits?
Eligible referral credits can be applied toward FlatSaathi subscription payments, subject to the applicable referral and credit rules.
